We manage privately owned single family, townhome, villa and commercial properties.
We are based in Port St Lucie and currently manage homes in Port St Lucie, Ft Pierce, Jensen Beach and Stuart, FL. We also manage homes in Martin, Palm Beach and Broward Counties for properties owners who have multiple homes.
We are a full service brokerage and member of the local, state and national Association of Realtors. We hold a Real Estate Brokerage License in the State of Florida and local business licenses.
In addition to the collection and disbursement of rent we offer the following services:

8% or $150 whichever is LESS. No fees while home is vacant. No fees on the 1st month when a full commission is paid to lease the home.
Yes. A commission equal to 1 month’s rent is collected to rent your home. If Quest can locate a tenant without the cooperation of an outside agent, then commission is reduced to 1/2 month. We do not charge a commission on renewal leases!
- $5.00 per direct deposit
- 2% of check amount on repairs paid to outside contractors
- $250 plus court costs for evictions
- Only while home is vacant is there a 10% charge for any situation that on site supervision is necessary such as insurance claims. Keep in mind no management fee is ever collected while the home is vacant.
You can cancel at anytime with 48hrs notice at no charge while the home is vacant. If you wish to cancel our agreement while a tenant is occupying the home, we require one month notice and a cancellation fee equally 2 month's management fees.
